The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that she has been kept in dark about the progress in FIR No.850/2023 dated 27.12.2023 under Sections 323/341/34 of the Indian Penal Court, 1860 registered at Police Station Begum Pur. The FIR was registered alleging physical assault which also led to the miscarriage of the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the Investigating Officer is sensitized and is directed to inform the petitioner, well in advance, of any application that may be filed by any of the accused persons in order to enable the petitioner to participate. 3.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and approach this Court in future, in case any grievance remains.
