The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over a cheque for a sum of `2,57,341/-, bearing No. 376007, dated 07.12.2016, drawn on Central Bank of India in full and final discharge of the award. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder has accepted the same and submits that no further amounts are due from the Judgment Debtor. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
