This petition has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 13th December 2024 where ASJ has stayed the summoning order dated 26th August 2022 passed by the Trial Court.

Counsel for petitioner states that the said order ought not to have been passed at this stage, and various pleas have been taken in support of the arguments.

Since the matter is still pending before the ASJ and is listed on 15th March 2025, and the stay of the order dated 26th August 2022 by which summons were issued, is operative only till the next date of hearing, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the arguments before the ASJ. 4.

In this view of the matter, petitioner seeks to withdraw the matter with liberty to place his arguments before the ASJ. 5.
