The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.164/2022 under Section 323 IPC and Section 75 JJ Act registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there still appears to be certain issues pending between the parties, he therefore, seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
