Counsel for the defendants submits that the defendants shall be reverting back to its old registered labels bearing TM no.1601903 which is referred to at serial no.2 in the table set out in paragraph 52 of the plaint. 2.
Counsel for the plaintiff does not object to the same. 3.
A copy of the aforesaid labels has also been handed over in Court today. For the purpose of good order and record, the Registry will scan a copy of the said labels, so that they remain embedded in the case file. 4.
In view thereof, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayer clauses 65 (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the plaint.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
