This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiffs under Order XXIII Rule 1(1) CPC for withdrawal of the suit.

Ms. Amrita Katragadda, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Defendant and on instructions, submits that Defendant has no objection to the suit being withdrawn unconditionally.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed permitting the Plaintiffs to withdraw the suit unconditionally. 5.
Application stands disposed of.

This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking a decree of permanent injunction against the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from using the trademarks/trade names '24Seven', amounting to infringement, amongst other reliefs.

In view of order passed above in I.A. 9597/2026, suit along with pending applications is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally. 8.
Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
