The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.
The Settlement Agreement dated 8th December, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendants, has been placed on record.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.
In view of the settlement, Registry is directed to refund the sum of CS(COMM) 1216/2024 & CS(COMM) 323/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 19/12/2025 at 13:19:07
₹9.06 crores deposited with the Registry in terms of order dated 24th December, 2024 along with accrued interest in favour of plaintiff in the present suit.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

The pending application stands disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 10.
Interim order stand vacated.
