% 10.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 458/14, registered at PS Malviya Nagar, under Sections 354A/323/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The persons arrayed on record in the instant case are the petitioners no. 1 & 2 and the respondent no. 2 apart from the State being arrayed on record as the respondent no. 1.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the FIR itself makes mention of two other persons, who were allegedly also misbehaved with and abused and makes mention of an injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to seek redressal in accordance with law and to file the petition afresh, if required.
