The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 seeks to assail the order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi in GP. No.38/2019. 2.

After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that, since directions issued in paragraph 33 (iv) of the impugned order by which the appellant is aggrieved, only directs the parties to come up with their respective plans for arranging physical meetings, the appellant instead of pressing the appeal, will approach this Court if the need so arises, after an order in respect of the proposals is passed by the learned Family Court.
