This is a petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking direction to the respondent No.1 to produce all relevant and required documents i.e .bills/invoices, GST Returns, Tax Returns and other financial /billing document s of M/s Dusad Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. from 01.07.2017 till 17.08.2018. 2.

Mr. Bammi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all these issues at the time of filing a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if so required.
