Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement vide Consent Terms, statedly signed on 27.01.2025, a copy of which has been placed on record. The parties have also entered in a Deed of Assignment dated 27.01.2025. 2.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties would comply with their respective obligations under the consent terms and would also take requisite steps for registration of the Deed of Assignment. 3.

In case of the failure of the parties to comply with the above directions, they would be at liberty to approach the Court. 4.
