Mr. Seth, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of present petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks to restrain the respondents from encashing bank guarantee No. PEBNDH280899 dated 21.08.2024. He further submits that the present petition was necessitated as respondent No.1 had invoked the aforesaid bank guarantee on 20.12.2024 which now stands recalled vide letter dated 18.02.2025.
