Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 informs the Court that an Administrator has been appointed in the proceedings initiated by the RBI against the respondent.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions states that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court as and when the moratorium is lifted. 3.

In view of the above, leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application. 4.
