Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement vide Consent Terms, statedly signed on 25.01.2025, a copy of which is stated to have been filed in Registry though same is not on record. A paperbook containing the said Consent Terms along with the allied documents running into 158 pages is handed over today in the Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties would comply with their respective obligations under the aforesaid consent terms. 3.
Learned counsels for the parties jointly pray that this Court's order dated 24.12.2024 be modified to the extent that the respondent No.4/Federal Bank may release the amount which is due in terms of the Consent Terms. In case of the failure to pay the due amount in terms of the consent terms, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Court. 5.
