The instant petition under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking the following relief:
"A. Allow the present Petition and grant an extension of six (6) months to the mandate of the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal comprised of Hon'ble Mr. Justice (Retired) Jayant Nath in the matter of arbitration between Adani Enterprises Limited v. Maheshwari Fuel Chern Private Limited;"

Mr. Adity Krishna Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent accepts notice and submits that, he has no objection to the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal being extended. 6.
Having heard the learned counsels for the parties and for the reasons stated in the petition, as well as in view of the no objection given by the respondent, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months, with effect from 20.12.2024. 7.
The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. 8.
