The present petition under Section 29A (4) seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

The arbitral proceedings are in the context of a Work Order dated 04.01.2018 awarded to the Petitioner for Internal Electrical works in Institutional Religious Building "Eternal Oasis" at Sector- 42, Gurugram, Haryana.

The Arbitral Tribunal was constituted pursuant to the order dated 11.02.2022 passed by this Court in ARB.P. 34/2022. 6.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and since the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is expiring on 31.12.2024, some further time be granted to complete the arbitral proceedings and rendering the arbitral award. In the circumstances, as jointly prayed, the time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 30.06.2025.
