This application is filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking leave to withdraw the petition.

It is stated in the application that after notice was issued by this Court, the learned Joint Registrar vide order dated 30.07.2025 had issued notice to the SDM of the concerned area to file valuation report of the properties in question, however, no valuation report has been filed till date. The litigation cost according to the Petitioner is too high to prosecute the present petition and, therefore, the Petitioner is seeking to explore other alternate remedies. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed permitting the Petitioner to withdraw this petition. TEST.CAS. 102/2024 4.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally. 5.

The date of 20.11.2025 before the learned Joint Registrar stands cancelled.
