This is an application seeking to bring on record a Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 05.05.2025. It is submitted that the said Settlement Agreement, inter alia, addresses and resolves the disputes which are the subject matter of the present petition.

It is jointly requested by the respective counsel as also by the parties to the settlement agreement appearing virtually and in-person (Mr. Arjun Kocchar and Mr. Vijay Bhatia) that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

Considering the aforesaid joint request, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.05.2025 arrived at between the parties. The parties thereto also affirm and undertake that they shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
