3. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"A. Issue a writ of mandamus against Respondent and direct them to address the grievances of the Petitioner and grant him regularisation of his membership with the society and confirming the allotment of the said flat to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been constrained to approach this Court, as despite he having served the respondent with a legal notice dated 09.09.2024, no response thereto has been received by him. He, therefore, submits that for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondent were to be directed to give a reply to the said legal notice by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks.

5. Issue notice. Ms Mehak Nakra accepts notice and fairly submits that the respondent will expeditiously consider the petitioner's grievances as set out in the legal notice dated 09.09.2024 (Annexure P-8, Colly) by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. In the light of this stand taken by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's legal notice dated 09.09.2024 as a representation and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks.

7. Needless to state, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the respondent, it will be open for the petitioner to seek legal recourse as permissible in law on all grounds including the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
