The Petitioner has filed the present petition apprehending that there are Look Out Circulars1 issued against him in relation to the FIRs registered against the Petitioner by the Central Bureau of Investigation and Directorate 1 "LOCs"

The Petitioner contends that such LOCs would restrict Petitioner to travel abroad and accordingly, seeks direction to the Bureau of Immigration to disclose all the pending LOCs.

Mr. Amit Tiwari, CGSC appearing for Bureau of Immigration, on instructions, states that no Look-Out circulars have been issued against Petitioner and no such request has been received from any financial institution or agency. The statement of Mr. Tiwari is taken on record. 7.
In light of the foregoing, the grievance of Petitioner stands redressed. 8.
Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending application, is disposed of.
