The petitioner has filed this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution, for removal of an unauthorised milk dairy allegedly run by respondent No. 3 in a residential area bearing Khasra No. 818, Village Mandi, New Delhi-110047 ["subject premises"], which neighbours the petitioner's residential property.

Mr. Manu Chaturvedi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"], appears on advance instruction, states that the subject premises has been inspected yesterday, W.P.(C) 17927/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. i.e. on 23.12.2024, and an unauthorised dairy was indeed found to be running at the subject premises. MCD has seized three cattles, and also closed the dairy activities at the subject premises. He further submits that necessary vigil will be maintained to ensure that the dairy is not reestablished at the same location. 3.

MCD and the concerned SHO are also directed to nominate a Nodal Officer, and to communicate the contact details to the petitioner, so that any re-establishment of dairy activities can be reported to the concerned authorities at the earliest.

In view of the above submissions made on behalf of MCD, Mr. Akshay Bedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not seek any further orders in the petition, which stands disposed of in these terms.
