Court notice was issued to the parties vide order dated 09.11.2022; and pursuant to which office note dated 08.02.2023 records that though notice was served upon respondents Nos.1 to 3, the court notice remain unserved upon the petitioner, who is stated to have passed-away.

Furthermore, no steps have been taken by any of the legal representatives of the petitioner, who may have been interested in the matter.
