O R D E R

% 09.07.2018 The petitioners have married each other out of their free will. They have been granted protection by this Court on 05.04.2018. The learned counsel for the State states that telephone numbers of two policemen have been given to them. Additionally, telephone number of a lady Police Officer too shall be made available to the petitioners. All these three telephone numbers shall be kept operational at all times. This will facilitate the petitioners to intimate the local Police in case of any exigency. It is assured to the Court that any information of distress or otherwise shall be promptly attended to. Additionally, the Beat Constable of the area shall constantly enquire about the safety and security of the petitioners on a daily basis for a month. The SHO of the area concerned shall look into the matter and shall ensure safety and security of the petitioners.

The address of the petitioners shall not be given by the police to any party due to security reasons. In case of change of address in Delhi where the petitioners would be shifting, they shall so intimate the SHO concerned. The subsequent SHO too shall provide similar protection to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners apprehend a threat from their family members and could well be way-laid outside the Court's premises; therefore, the petitioners be escorted to their place of residence by the local police.

In view of the above, adequate protection shall be extended by the police to the petitioners' from the Court's premises to their place of residence.

The learned counsel for respondents No. 6 to 11 submits that they harbour no ill will towards the petitioners. Indeed, respondent no. 11 wants to meet her daughter-petitioner no. 1. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they will meet the mother outside the Court's premises.

No further orders are required in this petition. The petition is disposed-off in terms of the above.
