The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to implement the demolition order passed on 1st July, 2016 in respect of entire fourth floor of the property bearing no.2436, Punjabi Basti, Purani Subzi Mandi, Ghantaghar, Delhi. 2.

Status report has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD wherein it is stated that the aforesaid property has been demolished in terms of action taken on 7th May, 2025 and 17th September, 2025. 3.
