I am informed that the respondents have passed a speaking order on the petitioner's representation for upgradation of his Annual Performance Assessment Reports, in terms of the order of this Court dated 23.10.2024 in W.P.(C) 14941/2024. This speaking order has been passed in addition to the impugned letter dated 13.12.2024, by which the respondents communicated clarifications on the petitioner's representation.

Learnesd counsel for the petitioner confirms that the speaking order has been received by the petitioner, but states that it was received after the writ petition had been filed.

In view of the fact that the petitioner wishes to assail the speaking order dated 20.12.2024 also, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks W.P.(C) 17997/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition on the same cause of action, as also the assailing order dated 20.12.2024.
