This is an application filed by the petitioner to point out the typographical error that is crept in para 5 of the order dated 11.04.2018 inasmuch as the word 'not' has been inadvertently added. 2.

The application is allowed and paragraph no. 5 of the order dated 11.04.2018 is rectified to read as under:- "5.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties also state that the Arbitral Tribunal has been acting with due dispatch. They further state that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final hearing and the final arguments are likely to be concluded shortly."
