Learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the trial, he would not press his present petition and would withdraw the same, reserving his right to seek bail after the statement of the complainant is recorded. 2.

It is submitted that the next date before the Trial Court is 19.05.2018 for arguments on charge.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is incarcerated since 17.07.2017 and all the other co accused are also in custody, the Trial Court is directed to advance the date of hearing for argument on framing of charge and in case charge is framed, to expeditiously BAIL APPLN. 710/2018 Page 1

record the testimony of complainant preferably within 15 days of the order on charge.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing the arguments on charge and recording the testimony of the witness. 5.

The matter be listed before the Trial Court on 01.05.2018 for fixing an early date for hearing the arguments on charge. 6.
