This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner in a disposed of matter.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that directions were passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 24.12.2024 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within 30 days, however despite the lapse of more than four months, the representation has not been disposed of. 3.
Issue Notice. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, who appears on advance service, accepts Notice and submit that Respondents need time to decide the matter.

Given the fact that the directions were passed on 24.12.2024 for disposal of the representation within 30 days, the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall ensure that the representation is decided within a period of four weeks from today. The decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner by registered speed post as well as by email.
