The petition is for the following reliefs:

"(a) Issue a Writ of declaration or any other Writ, Order or directions directing the respondents to release the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- together with interest to the petitioner which she is entitled for as per the Scheme "Dr. Ambedkar Scheme for social integration through inter-caste marriages."" 2.

It appears that the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate had sent the petitioner's application for its consideration before the Director, Dr. Ambedkar Foundation, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India vide the communication dated 29.11.2019. 3.

Despite having sufficient time no decision is taken by the concerned ministry. Even, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent no.2. Under these circumstances, let the petitioner to file a representation to respondent no.2 along a copy of this order.
