Writ Petition Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 („BNSS‟) has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to direct Respondent No.3 to register an FIR on Complaints dated 06.11.2024 and 26.11.2024 filed by the Petitioner against Respondent No.4, 5, and 6.

Learned ASC for the State submits that in the Status Report, it has been clearly stated that on these two Complaints of the Complainant, FIR No.0466/2024 under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/3(5) BNS, has already been registered at Police Station: Nabi Karim, Delhi. 3.

Nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of with pending Applications.
