This is a petition filed by accused Mukul and co-accused Kishan seeking quashing of FIR No. 80123798/2024 under Sections 305/331(4) BNS, P.S.: Kanjhawla (Crime Branch), New Delhi on the basis of settlement arrived with the complainant.

Learned standing counsel has vehemently opposed the said petition and relies upon the Status Report dated 16.01.2025. He is directed to have the same placed on record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
