The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (earlier Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent No.1/CBI to initiate preliminary enquiry/investigation against the respondents No. 2 to 4 under the relevant provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. Madhav Khurana, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint made by Mr.Amit Tanwar, SPA holder of the petitioner, which was received at the office of the Director, CBI on 13.12.2024.

Issue notice. Ms.Anubha Bhardwaj, learned SPP for the CBI accepts notice and submits that the representation/complaint dated 13.12.2024 shall be dealt with in accordance with the law and the complainant shall be duly informed of the outcome of the same.

Mr. Madhav Khurana, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of the statement given by learned SPP for the CBI, he does not wish to pursue the present petition further. 5.

In view thereof, the CBI is directed to decide the representation/complaint dated 13.12.2024 expeditiously. 6.
