It has been submitted by Mr. Aprajita Jha, Advocate, appearing for the petitioner that both parties have arrived at an amicable settlement vide settlement agreement dated 22.04.2025 and affidavits of both sides confirming the settlement have already been placed on record affirming that they shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 2.
In view of the settlement between the parties, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal MC 10257/2024. The same is not opposed by Ms. Soumyashree, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
