Mr. Sachdeva, the Managing Director of the decree holder says that a settlement has been reached with the judgment debtor whereby judgment debtor is required to pay a sum of Rs. 25,00,000/- by 15.04.2019. 2.

Counsel for the judgment debtor affirms the aforesaid position. 3.

In these circumstances, Mr. Sachdeva seeks to withdraw the captioned Execution petition and pending application with liberty to approach the Court, in case, the judgment debtor does not comply with the terms of the settlement.

As prayed, the captioned Execution petition and application is dismissed, as withdrawn.

However, liberty is given to the decree holder to approach the Court, if obligations to pay are not complied with by the judgment debtor. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J JANUARY 24, 2019/c
