O R D E R

% 01.06.2016 BAIL APPLN. 691/2016 This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C moved by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 1391/2015 under Sections 376/506 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act registered at Police Station Mehraulli, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the prosecutrix has already been recorded before the Trial Court where she has not supported the case of the prosecution. The prosecutrix is also present in Court and submits that she has since married the petitioner and out of the wedlock they have a child and she does not want any action against the petitioner.

In view of this changed scenario, learned APP for the State does not oppose this application. The petitioner is in custody since 11th August, 2015. Under the circumstances, he is admitted to bail: (i) On his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court concerned. (ii) He shall provide his address and contact number to the concerned Trial Court; as well as SHO concerned and further change of address, if any,

Application stands disposed of.
