Ms. Zubeda Begum, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the prayer made in the petition stands satisfied in view of the affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.2, wherein it has been affirmed that the OBC certificate of the petitioner was verified by the SDM (Delhi Cantt.) and on the basis of the same, the petitioner has been provisionally nominated to the post of TGT (Natural Science) Male, Post Code No.10/13 under OBC category in Education Department, GNCTD vide Result Notice No.274, dated 27.08.2018.

In view of the above, the present petition does not survive and the same is disposed of.
