The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ of similar nature, whereby directing the Respondent authorities to transfer the FIR No. 1/2011 dt. 9.2.2011 U/s 13 (i) (e) of P.C. Act registered at P.S. anti corruption, Delhi and FIR No. 109/2017 registered at P.S. Rajinder Nagar U/s. 466, 468, 469, 471/ 34 to the CBI, for just and proper investigation in the matter; b) Pass any other or further order which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has since passed away and despite his repeated attempts, he has no instructions from his legal heirs.
