% 09.02.2016 This is a suit for possession valued at less than Rs. 2 crores. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that suit property is situated at Vilage Jaitpur Extension, Badarpur which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 14.07.2016.
