Set aside the Order dated 11.12.2024 passed by ld. CJM, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi in Ct no. 158 of 2019; and/or b.
Allow the Allow the application of the petitioner and grant permission him to go abroad as per schedule; and /or c.
pass such other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
