% 13.11.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the eviction petition was filed in the year 2011 and leave was granted by order dated 17.02.2018 and trial is on. He under instructions from the petitioner No.1 who is present in Court prays for leave to withdraw the petition without prejudice to his rights and contentions. He, however prays that directions be issued to the Rent Controller to expedite the proceedings.

Keeping in view the fact that eviction petition was filed in the year 2011, Rent Controller is directed to expedite the proceedings and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of nine months from the next date before the Rent Controller.
