The applicant has filed the present application seeking withdrawal of the captioned bail application, being BAIL APPLN. 4752/2025. 2.

Mr. S. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that an application for regular bail has been filed before the learned Magistrate's Court, and that the applicant intends to pursue the said application.

In view of the aforesaid, the present application is allowed and stands disposed of. Accordingly, the captioned bail application, alongwith any pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the application pending consideration before the learned Magistrate's Court.
