% 17.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 946/15, registered at PS Bindapur, under Sections 354(b)/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the POCSO Act submitting to the effect that the charge sheet is yet to be filed and that the removal of the change of the provision of the POCSO Act is under contemplation. It has also been pointed out on behalf of the State that as per the FIR itself there are two more victims named by the prosecutrix and that in the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 there are two more victims other than the respondent no. 2 arrayed on record in the instant case, who have not been made parties to the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner in the circumstances seeks to CRL.M.C. 1945/2018
withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file it afresh after arraying the victims on record and after submission of the charge-sheet in the matter. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed. ANU MALHOTRA, J APRIL 17, 2018/MK CRL.M.C. 1945/2018
