This order has been passed in continuation of the order dated 13.01.2025.

Learned ASC states on instructions from the concerned official from P.S. New Ashok Nagar, who is present in Court, that the phone number of the Beat Constable and the SHO P.S. New Ashok Nagar, has been given to Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2. He states that the said SHO and Beat Constable will remain responsive to any distress calls received from the said Petitioners. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners confirms the said fact and he states that the present petition may be disposed of. 4.

Learned ASC states that the missing person report bearing GD No. 47A dated 21.12.2024 filed by the father of Petitioner No. 1 with P.S. In view of the averments made in this petition with respect to Respondent Nos. 2 to 14's opposition to the marriage of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, the SHO, P.S. Jamia Nagar is directed to have a meeting with the said Respondents and counsel them, to not interfere in the matrimonial relationship of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 or extend any threats to the Petitioners.

The status report to this effect confirming the counselling shall be filed by SHO, P.S. Jamia Nagar within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of order.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. 8.

If the status report is not filed within the time granted, the registry is directed to place the matter before this Court.
