% 17.03.2026 1.
The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case File No. P&I /DEL /SEIZURE /03/2022 of PS CBN (P&I, Delhi Zonal Unit) for offence under Section 8/15/18/ 21/22/25/28/29/30 and 35 of the NDPS Act. 2.
None appears on behalf of accused/applicant. Learned Special Prosecutor submits that in view of overall recovery of different quantities of different contrabands, which being commercial quantities would attract the provision under Section 37 NDPS Act, the accused/applicant is not entitled for bail especially because the accused/applicant has not challenged the charge for offence under Section 29 NDPS Act framed against him. 3.
