By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 97/2025 dated 15.02.2025 registered at Police Station Narela, District Outer North, Delhi, under Sections 21 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
