This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 89/2024, under Sections 303(2)/318(4)/61(2) BNS, P.S. Cyber Police Station-Outer. Initially, interim protection was granted by the ASJ but the application for anticipatory bail was dismissed vide order dated 23rd December 2024 2.

With reference to orders dated 20.01.2025, 30.01.2025 and 03.02.2025 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the amount of Rs. 2.2 lakhs stand deposited with the Registry. 3.

He states that the Applicant undertakes to make himself available and further remains ready and willing to join the investigation and cooperate with the Investigating Officer ('IO').

In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the Applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail. Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned and further subject to the following conditions:

i.

The Applicant shall cooperate and join the investigation as and when directed;

ii.

The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case; iii.

The Applicant shall provide his mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer;

iv.

In case of change of residential address and / or mobile number, the Applicants shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer / Court concerned by way of an affidavit.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous. 7.

It is made clear that this Court has not dealt with the merits of the case and has restricted itself to the question of whether anticipatory bail can be granted to the Applicant or not. The observations made hereinabove shall nowhere affect the merits of the case during trial. 8.
