Learned counsel for the appellant has today handed over a TDS certificate for Rs.1,95,097/- to counsel for the claimants. 2.

Mr. Pawan Tiwari, Assistant Accounts Officer II of the appellant is present. The Accounts Officer of this Court has again done the calculation in the presence of both the parties. As per the fresh calculation done by the Accounts Officer, a sum of Rs.67,165/- is payable by the appellant. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be released to the claimant and the said amount be adjusted against Rs.67,165/-. The registry is directed to release the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- along with interest accrued thereon to respondent No.1 by transferring the same to her savings bank account No.37409256424 with State Bank of India, Khureji Khas Branch, Delhi (IFSC Code:

SBIN0003398).

The appellant is directed to deposit the balance amount after adjusting

the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- along with interest accrued thereon within four weeks.
