By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.287/2025 dated 21.04.2025, registered at Police Station Burari, District North, New Delhi, under Sections 309(4)/309(6)/311/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the ground of settlement. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Randheer Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners before the learned Trial Court.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
