Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach appropriate Court at a later stage in accordance with law.

At this juncture, upon a specific query posed by this Court as to whether respondent no. 2 had obtained any permission prior to issuing the NOC in the present matter, considering that he was on duty when the incident occurred, respondent no. 2, who is present in person, replies in the negative.

In view of the aforesaid statement, respondent no. 2 seeks to withdraw the NOC. Permission is granted.
