Arbitrator vide order dated 17.12.2024 has permitted the petitioner to file the abovesaid application / petition for summoning the witnesses as mentioned in para 6 of the present petition. It is further stated that next date for evidence before Ld. Arbitrator is 17.03.2025 at 3.30 pm. at School of Gardening, NDMC, Purana Quila road, New Delhi.
